Software available for Old Mac...

I've got an old mac-a really old mac. Macintosh 512k and Plus. I'm just interested in finding out all available software for those models. On a side note, if anyone could refresh my memory about a game? I used to play it as a kid on the old elementary school macs. it was a chess game that was cool because you lobbed off the opponents heads!

I'm sure there are folks on here who can point you in the right direction, but I'm not one of them.

But the chess game you mention sounds like Battle Chess (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_Chess).
