Hi, I'm looking to get hold of a replacement User's Guide for my sister MPB (which my playful puppy managed to eat)
does anyone know where I can get one?

Can I buy one from the apple store?
I need one before she comes back from Canada on Friday, She warned me to keep the computer away from the dog...I did, he just got the manual instead.

P.S. I'm in the UK.

thank you

thanks....but again, I need an actual physical user manual to put in the box, not a pdf or a print out.

Try posting a "want to buy" thread in the Marketplace, as someone might be willing to part with theirs for a few quid. You never know.

i do not know who retailers in the UK are but its worth heading into whomever sells apple and asking them if you can buy a spare copy - maybe from a demo machine or something.

be nice and you might be pleasantly surprised.

Sorry, I wasn't duplicating others' postings deliberately.
With my super slow dial-up I should only post to threads where I can be sure of 10 minutes between posts.

Hope you get one somewhere.

Eek, yeah. You might have to admit what happened and promise that you will get her a new one in the future. You could always buy her a nice sleeve for it or something to say sorry.

What about ringing the nearest Apple store? They might have one kicking around. (Edit: Just saw shecky beat me to it :D)
