iPod TV Shows not transferring to iPod 5G...

Just got my refurb 60GB 5G yesterday, updated it using iTunes 7 and transferred all my music TV shows over, but noticed that some of the TV shows that I have purchased from iTMS won't transfer over to the iPod. I have plenty of space left (30GB's actually).
I can't figure it out, just wondering if this was a common issue or something.

BTW, they are Comedy Central Stand Up specials, I am using a 17" MBP w/2GB ram, 10.4.7 and iTunes 7.
 
Never mind, I suck at computing. iTunes was set to transfer all UNWATCHED TV shows, the ones I was trying to transfer were already watched.

Don't make the same mistakes I did boys and girls, stay in school.
 
I also ordered a refurb 60gig from the apple store, should arrive in the next couple of days. I will make sure this setting is off when I plug in the iPod and begin to upload it. Thanks for solving your own problem and potentially others as well. 🙂
