If only Apple would release a gaming notebook with a top-of-the-line graphics card rather than a X1600.

That x1900 requires a lot of breathing room, doesn't it?

It's nice that CrossOver works though.

I always laugh and cry for those poor college kids who get a "gaming laptop" that weighs 8lbs and is thicker than my CS text books. Sure they can game relatively well, but there "laptop" never leaves their desk!! I toss my powerbook in my book bag all the time and never notice it's there, and those poor desktop replacements really aren't suited for free willy nilly laptop use.

That, and for the price of them you can get a desktop that is twice as fast and top it off with a 20" LCD

Umm... CS Books as in COmputer Science Books as in for my major.
Are we on the same page? "Computer Science in a Mac OS X" doesn't make that much sense to me ;)

If you're being serious , CS = Counter Strike.

I am :)
I was talking about comparing "CS Books" to laptops, and their size and weight. Obviously I wasn't talking about Counter Strike in that sentence. You confused me by replying directly to my quote referring to Computer science.
