will this hard drive work in a G4 Powerbook 1.0 Ghz ?

# Samsung HM100JC 100GB Hard Drive
# 2.5" Internal Mobile Drive
# 8MB Buffer Cache
# Ultra ATA Interface

I replaced mine with a Toshiba. Seems to be working ok. Don't know if this helps you though. :o

Should work, but it's too expensive (and what's the spin speed?).

Anyway, I replaced mine (12" PB 1 Ghz) with this.
