Hey guys,
I bought myself less than 1 week ago a new iPod Nano directly from Apple. I wanted an iPod with a screen for going back to Uni. I have discovered that I am living way beyond my means:
Bank Account Balance: -300
Wages Paid In Today New Balance: 40
Car Payment to Dad (First Payment is more than later payments) New Balance: -200
Travel Expenses for Uni New Balance: -500
Plus I owe £180 to a Capital One credit card and £60 to NEXT.
There is nothing wrong with the iPod and has hardly been used as I don't start Uni until Tuesday and I bought it for using at Uni.
It's in excellent condition, bought from Apple, box and everything included. Will be sent first class recorded. I bought from Apple at £129.00. I will send you all invoices and documents associated with the purchase.
Make me offers!
My eBay ID is Shaun.Priest if you would like to look at my feedback (100% with 27 ratings).
Thanks for your time,
Shaun.

Well, could you give a rough guide for how much you want for it? I'm also a student, so might not be able to afford it, but if you could give an estimate, i may be able to work something out.

Willing to ship to the states via paypal? I might consider it once I pick up my paycheck from my summer job.

doubt that would be good for either of you. he paid much more in the UK than he would have paid in the states. right now his price is a rip off for you, but if he gave it to you discounted based on the price you would pay new, then he'd get ripped of.

US and UK apple prices are not the same. In US dollars, the UK pays more than we do here. Therefore, he's giving a discount to UK buyers, based on what the Apple store in the UK charges. If he gave a discount to US buyers based on what the Apple store charges here (i mean, why else would you buy a used nano, other than to get it cheaper than what it would cost you new), then he'd be losing even more, especially if you factor in shipping charges.
i don't know how much clearer i could make that, so if you still don't get it, then yeah, just trust me on it.. ;)

I'm just providing this to prove my story is legitamit and there is nothing wrong with the iPod.

I think £115 is fair to ask. I have had the iPod 6 days. It's coming with all it's original stuff. Someone please make my day and buy it! Money made from this sale goes to credit card bill payment!

Last Monday (18th Sep) I ordered a new pink 4GB Ipod Nano from the Apple Store ONLINE - I received it on the Thursday.
My concern now is that during last week, when using my credit cards online servicing website, I could see that there was a pending transaction for £129 and all was well. However, now when I log into my credit cards servicing website, the pending transaction has disappeared and I don't seem to have been charged as its not on the statement. I have now received an email invoice from Apple stating that the invoice has been paid in full by credit card.
I don't know whether this is normal, so just wandering when you ordered your iPod, and when the transaction appeared on your bank statement? Many thanks.

£115 is quite reasonable. I had a summer job, for which I have not yet been paid, however, it should be able to cover the £115 adequately. If you would be able to hold it for a few weeks-a month, I should be able to do business with you.
