I just got the anti-shock sleeve i ordered from ebay, it was from a company, but when i opened it there was a problem. The outside is perfect, but the inside of the sleeve, the part that would press against the top of the macbook has a run in it..
Its like a rip but still holds together, like a run in a stocking.. understand?
good.
The question is: will this scratch the top of my macbook?
I dont care that it has a run in it asthetically, its on the inside so no one will see it, but i dont want that to scratch the lid on my macbook..
So does anyone know if this will scratch it up?
Should i request a new sleeve (definatly i should, but it was cheap, so if i have to pay to ship it back i might as well save money and keep it unless it will hurt my poor Tosh)
Please; scratch or everythings okay?

Star Destroyer - no flames intended, but how in the world do you expect any feedback with substance on such a question? We have never seen the product, no name brand, any abrasive material stuck in the "run", whatever

This is the material that covers the Macbook when it's inside the case? And you're asking - because it has a rip in it - if it will scratch the Macbook?
I really don't think that it would. Assuming you're talking about that soft padding that they normally put inside cases.

Yeah sorry about that nonsense in the first post, i am in class so i cant take pics. But, like i said, it is a neoprene sleeve, with anti-shock polyurethane padding. The interior of the sleeve has a run which is about 8 inches down the middle of the sleeve. Nothing is really exposed, its still all neoprene. But its slightly raised and very noticable upon running your hand over the inside of the sleeve.
But yes, i want to know if this raised 'run' on the surface cause any scratches..I will attempt pictures later, but i was wondering if anyone has had a neoprene sleeve with a run in it? and what happened with the scratches?

I don't think it will scratch, it's all soft material right?

The company as agreed to giving me a full refund and said i could keep the sleeve as well hahaha, and they havent even seen a picture of it hahaha
BUT, yes, thats the long 'run' or rip or stitching i dont know how neoprene works.. i really dont care as long as it wont scratch i am cool with it..
