.Mac without DVD/CD?

Hey all,

I'm studying abroad right now, and I'm considering buying .Mac for a number of reasons (namely iWeb, but that's another story). Is it possible for me to sign up/purchase .Mac via the 'net and get all the functionality out of .Mac even though I don't have a CD or DVD? Or do I have to purchase it from a store (the online Apple Store can't ship to where I am right now) ?

There's no need for a physical disk. I bought an activation code off of eBay and it works fine. Never even had anything shipped to me.
