What's a good program uploading songs from ipod to itune?

I've been using yamipod on my pc for a while, with no problems. However, yamipod on my mac keeps on locking up and screwing around with my ipod. Is this a problem with yamipod, or am I doing anything wrong? If not, can anyone recommend me a good program to do what I'm trying to do?
