My PowerBook has a strange button on the left side and when I go to push it... it pops out and becomes what looks like a small cell phone antenna.

Got a picture?? I'm thinking it is the eject button for the PC card slot but I could be wrong, never owned a Powerbook myself.

That could be it since it's right next to what looks like a miniture cassette tape door.

What's a PC card?

PS. I don't have a digital camera yet, but it's on my list. :)

PC card would be for a firewire (http://about.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=1805502/search=Lacie%20FireWire%20800%20PC%20Card) or USB hub, a wireless internet card (http://www.sprint.com/business/products/phones/pc5740_connectionCards.html), etc.
