ichat alphebetizing driving me nuts

Hey pals,

So i'm getting pretty sick of how iChat organizes my buddies and buddy group ALPHABETICALLY, without giving me really any option. I just want to put them in the order that i want; y'know, drag-drop simplicity! It just seems very un-apple... anyone know of a workaround? Maybe leopard will fix this?
