Forcing default display in Adobe Acrobat

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's possible to force a default display is Acrobat?

I have a document which is 2 single pages but needs to be viewed as a spread, facing pages.

It would be great to somehow override the viewers preference and force it to view as facing pages.

From within Acrobat Pro or possibly Standard, you need to change the Document Properties (Initial View: Page Layout) under the File menu and resave the PDF.
