I'm new here and please don't flame me for asking this question (I have been searching the forums for hours now):
I have successfully copied a dvd to my hard drive using MacTheRipper. I can view the video (it is a home video) on my DVD player.
I am trying to edit the movie so that I can make small clips of the movie to email to some friends. I have downloaded several editing demo's and freeware, but cannot import my video.
I also cannot view the video in iMovie or iDVD. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks so much in advance - I'm obviously not very experienced in the home video realm. Trust me, I was proud that I was able to copy the dvd onto my hard drive with MacTheRipper!!
