I only have dial up Internet at home and I found .Mac very slow in all areas with it as well as prohibitive cost.
However I did quite like the idea of IMAP mail servers, having my mails in 3 places on my Powerbook, PC and server side.
I have a guest trail with fastmail and it seems quite good especially its quick to load no frills interface.
What are peoples experinces I believe they were offline for nearly a week recently which is not good.
(I have tried gmail but it is not good for syncing)
