WebObjects on Windows XP ?

Do you know if WebObjects technology is available on Windows XP using Eclipse IDE ?

If it's not possible, do you know some alternatives solutions in terms of operating system ?

I'll note that for the same money, you could pick up a Mac Mini and get the latest version of the kit for free.
