Got a HP iPaq PDA, MacBook and a Dell PC - sync?

Hi folks
Wonder if anyone can suggest a way forward for me?

I have a Mac at home (Macbook) I use iCal and AddressBook a lot.
I have a PC at work (Outlook 2003)
I have an iPaq.

I'd like to sync with both my mac and PC, *but* I only want to sync my work PC with my iPaq. I don't want any of my personal stuff on my Mac syncing with my PC at work, just the iPaq.

Any ideas? It would be great to have my iPaq with all of my important stuff on it, home and work..

Hi,

I have the reverse.... Mac at work.. pc at home. wan to sync the mac with ipaq and the pc with the ipaq but not the pc with mac. If that is not a possibility .... would just like to sync the mac with the ipaq. I know how to sync the pc with the ipaq.
