I came by an unused Rio Mp3 unit the model is the Karma.
When connected via the USB it will not mount on the desktop.
It is designed to work with Windows.
I have a CE 2100 Rio also that is not supposed to work with Mac but with Windows only DOES work with the mac and does mount on the desktop but not this one. The unit has some installed music and it works so its not this unit.
Does anyone have a fix or know of a software designed to fix this kind of issue?
