Can anyone recomend a cheap recording suite I can use with a mid-powered PC. I ask because I am setting my school up with a recording desk, and need something to work on a donated computer. They will be using my firewire 1814. midi/sample/plugins arent that important. I would LOVE to be able to export the stuff to Logic 6 on my computer. I'm looking at

Cubase SE
Cakewalk Sonar
??

Anything I'm missing? Only real feature I need is easy multitracking. Thanks a lot

Adobe Audition (aka. Cool Edit Pro) is excellent. Not sure of the price. Does more with audio/multitracking/mixing than midi.
