iPod freezes after pausing a video

I'm not sure what's going on with it but when I watch a video on my iPod for more than 10 minutes and pause, it freezes and I have to press the menu and center button to close it and restart it again. It's happened 3x. Should I get it checked out?

Give the ipod a restore and let us know if it happens again...please make sure that you have all of your music backed up:)
