Wireless Mighty Mouse Question

I tried out a Wireless Mighty Mouse today, and it didn't seem as responsive as the wired Mighty Mouse or even the Wireless Single-Button Mouse. I really need to know if this is a problem, because I'm going to buy one tomorrow. Thanks.
 
The wireless is a much better mouse then the wired one. Wireless uses lazor optical tracking, wired doesnt for 1 thing.
 
Mine seems fine (got it today!) along with my Macbook, I haven't really used it much as it's mainly for my iMac which has a broken MS S+ARCK mouse (very nice but totally busted after just over a year 🙁 ). I don't like it much but thats the location of the buttons not the responsiveness...
