does any one have details compairing the two duo cores cos im thinking of buying a macbook in the future and if the core duo 2 is better ill wait for that to come out.

If they ever come out, youll probably see a 20 - 30 % increase in Speed in most native apps. Most likely see a good jump in Apps under Rosetta as well, just do to the RAW Power increase.

well starting next year more operating systems are going to be working under 64 bit and programs are also going to be 64 bit. i really recommend you to wait for the core 2 duo just b/c of that single fact. it would be more efficient in the end, and therefore faster
