If anyone is looking to upgrade to the 30" or get rid of theirs, let me know! :)

If you call Dell, they are selling them for $719 right now. Ask them if you can have the Kiosk price, and they will take an additional $50 off. When you get the monitor, call them in a couple days to send back, which they will do. However, Dell typically offers you 10% to keep the item, and that will get you another $70 off. You bought a brand new monitor for around $650 (including tax) 3YR exchange warranty (for business customers).

I really doubt on such a big, new purchase that many, if any, people will be willing to part with it for much less than they paid. Given that, I'd recommend checking eBay for a Dell Monitor coupon (20% off..usually costs about four bucks total), and just buying brand new. I did, and got my 2407wfp for $670 shipped. Can't beat that, really.

But, anyways, who knows.. you may have had tons of offers already. I just thought I'd let you know, in case you needed some other options. :)

$670 shipped off Dell? I'm in CA, they will probably charge me 8.25% tax on top of that.

Well, the $670 was with my 6% sales tax. It'd probably be around 20 bucks more given the extra tax in CA, but still not a bad deal for a brand new, no worries monitor straight from the manufacturer. But, again, I'm only offering it up as another option in case you don't find a seller.

It came out to $639 + $52 tax = $690

I'll try and and see if I can snatch one on eBay for $600 first =)

Before you buy off of ebay, I would make sure that the warranty transfers. Then I would try this...

Go to www.dell.com/usatodayoffer Work your way to the monitor page, and today they are running the 24" for $679. Call and ask them for another $50 off, since that is what you would get at tell Kiosk. $630+tax should keep you right around $650-$670 depending on where you live. Then you get FREE shipping from Dell right now, and a new machine with an excellent warranty that included exchange priviledges Apple would never give.
