i want to pre order this thing really bad but everytime i go to the gamecrazy across the street, they say no.

For what it is worth the manager at my local Game Crazy claimed that they will not be taking preorders for the Wii or the PS3. It will be sold on a first come, first serve basis on launch day for each console. I have no idea if this is for all Game Crazy stores or if the manager comment reflected any bit of actual truth.

Can't you guys do pre-orders online? Soon as Play.com were running pre-orders (and, incidentally, the same time Live had a raving article about the Wii that my mother read) we snatched one up.
