XBACK Pulldown menu?

I did a search and it didn't answer my question ....

I installed xback and keep seeing reference to a pulldown menu? I can apprently use this to quit the utility or change the background?

Anyway, i can't find it. :mad: It's installed and running one of the screensavers on the list, I would like to find this elusive menu and a)change the background to the fish I bought and b) find an easy way to quit Xback.
