Hi,

I just got my new 12 inch powerbook. Wow do I love it. So intuitive and so awesome!

I do miss a couple things about my Dell though. One in particular is that there isn't a "save password" prompt when you enter a new passw ord; this was critical for me. Is there an option to do this?

Thanks a lot.

I am SOOO HAPPY, I love my powerbook; thanks for steering me in the right direction!

yeah, you can add it to your "keychain" which is basically the same thing. it's basically a virtual keychain to hold all the passwords like you mentioned.

Actually, it depends on the browser. IE and several others have auto-fill for commonly used forms.

With a laptop, though, you better make sure you're securing things well. If it gets lost/stolen and you don't have it password protected you're asking for trouble.

Open Mac Help by choosing Help from the menu bar. In the search field type "Keychain" and you'll find all the info you need on how to use this feature.
