Warning for non roman script users in 10.2.5

For some people, including me, all other input scripts than roman disappear from the menu since 10.2.5.

Is there anything on this on Apple's discussion boards or knowledge base?

Japanese input is still available to me.

I have seen it posted by other users on the discussion boards but not (yet) on the knowledge base.
