Mac Intel DVD Burner ISSUE

Hello Guys,

Every time I try to burn a DVD with TOAST a get the following error message:

HARDWARE ERROR Sense Code =....

Before everything was fine (with the same brand of DVD "DATAWRITE"), I have uninstalled toast and tried with different software without any luck. I can burn CD's and reed DVD’s. Do you have any suggestions?

If is a hardware issue, do I need to send my Imac back?

Does the finder burn DVDs fine? Maybe you just need an updated version of toast.

I have got toast 7.1, from finder it does burn the dvd's but 1 out of 3 it's not working...
