hi guys,

looking forward to the release of medieval 2: total war in a few weeks time....hopefully we'll see a new MBP before then, but can anyone tell me whether the current macbookPro (15" 2.16mhz) will meet the games specs? Im pretty sure it does, but some confirmation would be great :)

-100% DirectX® 9.0c compatible 16-bit sound card and latest drivers

-DirectX® 9.0c (pretty sure it does?)

- 128MB Hardware Accelerated video card with Shader 1 support and the latest drivers. Must be 100% DirectX® 9.0c compatible

- 8x Speed CD-ROM drive (1200KB/sec sustained transfer rate) (I know its 8x, not sure about transfer rate?)

cheers!
aaron

I'd also like to know. Will Med II run well on a new C2D MBP?

Was about to say I'd do a screenshot later, but how would I do that in Windows on my MBP?
