Can't access folders that show up in "save as" dialog?

So I've got one external hard drive that is in two partitions. I use the external for storage of files I don't need immediate access to (movies, videos, movie trailers, etc) and I update my iPod using the new two library option.

When I went to save something to I accidentally chose the wrong folder structure (Windows) and I can see these files when I choose a "save as" option. However, I can't access them at all through the finder.

Can anyone help out here?
