iPod Bluetooth iPod?

Ok. I was rading this months popular science(november) and if you go to page 135 there is an ad with a picture of a dog with a razr. But if you look about 2/3 the way down, it says "-Now supports iPod Bluetooth." I was like wow! Can this be true in the 6th gen iPod?

I believe Motorola sells an iPod attachment that pauses music and answers calls via bluetooth. Quite nifty.
