mac pro CTO question?

just had my CTO mac pro delivered and just have a quick question .

do CTO orders come resealed?
the reason I ask is that it looks like my box has been opened and then resealed with clear tape again?

possibly to configure,but I just want to make sure its not a refurb or return that I have been sent.

I have never seen a CTO resealed. They build them as spec'd and then ship them. Unless you just needed RAM or something, maybe they took a stock unit and added what you needed. But strange, as I have not seen a resealed box ever.
