I get a popup that talks about enable/disable TV option for my ATI hardware whenever I start Windows. However, when I try to follow the directions they dont make sense.
The refresh rate Ive got in Windows 1680x1050 is 60Hz. Is that really as high as it goes or am I in TV mode? I suspect that the low refresh indicates Im in TV mode but I cant figure out how to not be in TV mode.
