Kanjji, a bonobo lives in Des Moines, Iowa at the Great Ape Trust and is one of the most studied apes in the world. While there are a couple of moments when it looks like Kanjji is controlling the game it doesn’t look to me like he actually understands what the object is. Maybe it would be a different story if Kanjji were playing Donkey Kong.
