if you have adobe photoshop, the best way to do it is to click File>Save For Web

make sure the image is already 48x48 pixels.

not in iChat though...yeah i figured out why half of my friends icons were weird...when i used AIM again i like cried because i never understood what they meant when they talked about their animated icon...

I have a whole bunch of AIM icons that I rotate once in a while. Included are pics of my eye, flowers, my girlfriend, my mouth, characters from Death to Smoochy, and my dog.
