Any ideas? iv'e downloaded about ten and none of them seem to have all these features. At work i have dreamweaver which does all this but paying £££ for something ill use 10% of (i won't use the wsixhtml or whatever it's called) is a bit of a waste.
so vital points:
auto-complete css and html
preview
not too bloated
;)

You might like skEdit http://www.skti.org. It does auto-complete and has preview.
You can try hitting ESC in TextMate for auto-complete.

skEdit is like... donuts and unicorns, condensed into text editor form.
