Shipping...please help!

I got my shipping notification for my 17"PB on saturday. It said estimated deliver time would be today 4-16-03 before 12:00. Now it's 12:15 and I tracked the package and it hasn't changed. Although, from the start it said -destination: Indianapolis, IN...!?! What is that all about...I live in Santa Fe, NM. Does this mean the estimated delivery time is to indianapoli?

I have no idea what carrier you’re using.
Hold tight, I doubt it is being held hostage.
Perhaps they meant estimated delivery time to the next hub (that would make sense). What was the originators estimated delivery time? I would go with that.

If I were you, I would give it a couple more hours...if by then you still haven't received your order, go ahead and call whatever company you placed the order with (i'm assuming direct from apple) and make sure that they're shipping this order to the correct location...

Yeah I did order it directly from Apple. It was shipped from taiwan and it says destination INDIANAPOLIS...that is what is throwing me off.

All I can write is that it says “estimated arrival” not “guaranteed arrival”. It looks as though it needs to get to your city's FedEx hub. I wouldn’t expect it before tomorrow. I like FedEx and use them almost exclusively at work. I do hate their phone automated phone system. Give them a call, press 0 to get a representative and tell them that you had expected the package by 12:00 noon today and were staying at X location because you needed to sign for it.

when i ordered my iBook it said that too don't fret too much I know its tough but it will be here son enough.

Yup, I called fedex and asked what was going on and they said customs have it and are inspecting it...I hope they don't open the box or anything. I was really happy though cause I thought I would recieve it today.

as long as it's in the mail and you got your address right, i think you're in good shape. hold tight! when my laptop arrived, i still had to wait till my bday to open it. what an agonizing wait that was, with the box in my parents' closet!

Yup, I hear how that is man... I have been saving for this computer for three months, seriously every penny I made went directly to the bank I am also only 17 and still in school...but I managed to save $3000 all on my own and then I got some cash from my grandparents which was really nice of them....and I have been dreaming about a system like this for a year now....hehe...so I am extremely excited.
