Always show OS choice screen

I boot into Windows quite often, a few times a week, maybe once a day. And I'm quite fed up having to press alt all the time.

Is it possible to always show the welcome screen with the OS choices?

If you are rebooting you can also select the OS to reboot into from Control Panel/System Preferences before you restart.
