21", but only 19" viewable though.

Took them another 6 years to produce a display with 19"viewable and 8 years for a display that had the same screen size. Another example of how Macs used to innovate long before it was mainstream.

You say that and I see your point, but just before I started working in my current store, a family walked in on a fairly busy Saturday and unplugged and walked out with a 20" Sony all-in-one, something about twice as big in volume as the 20" iMac. Apparently no customers spotted it and informed us and despite it being a weekend where staff are aplenty, none spotted the heist.

I used to work in retail too, someimes the more blatant and obvious the crime the more people don't even realise its happening.
