Just a bump, this is an awesome camera; I paid 1300 for just the camera and nikkor, this is a STEAL.
And dont get caught up in the megapixel myth. This thing at 6 is better than most at 8-10.

Hey, you've peaked my interest in the Nikon 18-70mm lens aswell. Would you consider trade for my Nikon 18-55mm Kit Lens from my Nikon D50, plus I'll add in a bit of cash too. My lens is immaculate and is only 1 month old, it has been thoroughly cleaned every time it is used with a Lint-Free Lens Cloth.
Give me a PM and we'll discuss this further.
Regards
Chris:)

If you're willing to sell without the 70-300 then there is probably some interest. My boyfriend was just shopping for one today. If you are willing to sell without that lens then what is your price?
Also:
How many shots?
Has it been in for the BGLOD (green light of death) fix yet? (this would not be a defect that is your fault, but most of the d70 cameras had this issue apparently and just to be safe, Nikon offered the fix to all D70 owners.)
Thanks!!

I dont know what 'Green Light Of Death' is? So I am guessing that is not a problem I have.
