White House Press Secretary Tony Snow stated that “contrary to stereotype,” President Bush has been “actively engaged in trying to fight climate change.” He also took issue with a reporter’s comment that the US has been absent from a global emissions program, arguing that the Bush has “actually taken the lead on those kinds of innovations.”
Scott McClellan might be lying, but not this shameless, I guess there is no right and wrong, nor black and white in Tony Snow's world.

That really means that they've put those little boxes around the thermostats in the White House so people can't tamper with them and the president signed the work order for them.

come on. do you really think tony snow, the white house spokesman is just gunna say, "hey, uuhh, we dont care about climate change right now, we have more important pressing things to do, NEXT QUESTION!"

This is a non-story, anyone would have handled it this way, dem or rep.

This is a ploy to discredit Tony Snow, who is an all around good guy.

This is a ploy to discredit Tony Snow

So it isn't true? There's spin, and there's lying. This is flat out lying.

Scotty wasn't anywhere near this bad.
