So my extra 1 GB for my C2D MBP is going to be here tomorrow and I don't have the phillips 00 screwdriver that one needs for opening the RAM compartment. Anything else that would work? Like a fine knife tip something?

Thanks.

Don't try it...get yourself a proper screwdriver. It's too easy to strip the screw (which would require it to be drilled out) if you use the wrong equipment. They're only a couple of bucks at just about any hardware store.

Fine. I got the damn screw driver. It was $7.46 at my local hardare store. Kind of pricey for a screw driver (I could eat for over 2 weeks on Ramen noodles for that) but I guess I already spent a few grand (a year and a half of Ramen) on this thing so what's another 8 bucks.
