Removing macbook harddrive

Hi all, I know it's super easy... You just pull it out with the white tab. How do I pull out an aftermarket drive without any tabs???

its attaced to a drive caddy you'll need a hex 6 screwdriver to remove the drive out

attached to a drive caddy? I just slid it right in. where's the caddy? How do I do it with the hex screwdriver?

Have a look through this iFixit Guide (http://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Mac/MacBook/Hard-Drive) as to how removing the MacBook hard drive (and replacing it) should be done. :)
