I doubt it. I think they're going to keep the RED series to the nanos. If they do make a RED iPod, though, it wouldn't surprise me, but I just don't see it happening.
 
The process to produce a different colour iPod video would be more involved than it is for the nano, so I don't believe that there will be one.
