CSS Edit 2.0!

It has some really awesome features. I used CSS Edit way back in the day, but after I became pretty well-versed in css, I didn't find a need to use a standalone css editor. Now I definitely reasons to go back to it. Definitely worth checking out. :)

The only thing that really seems useful to someone who knows all the CSS definitions and can write 50 lines without blinking is the live previewing feature. But even that seems more like novelty than anything, since it is only running the display through one browser and not cross-browser/platform and I'll still have to check IE6/7, Opera, Safari, Mozilla.

Looks pretty nice.

I usually use dreamweaver personally, not because I can't hand code or anything just because I like the way it organizes sites and well I've got it so why not.

I'm thinking about maybe dropping it soon though and getting little apps like this instead

There's more than the live preview feature. The ability to group styles and visually hide groups. There's also the ability to work on your css files live as they are on the server and see the changes take place as you type.

As far as testing in other browsers, that's a given. But Safari renders CSS very well so that's always my baseline. 99% of the time Firefox and Opera look perfect, and IE just has a few minor bugs that need to be fixed.
