problems with window itunes 7.0.2 (((not my computer)))

problems with window itunes 7.0.2
I'm having this problem with a computer, not mine, (windows based machine...she has yet to see the light). But she keeps get this error:

"itunes is unable to browse album covers on this computer"

I heard its becoming pretty common, does anyone know more about this or does anyone have a solution. Please let me know. Thanks guys. 😀
 
Well at least update iTunes to the latest version.

And I got this once, it had to do with graphics drivers. So think about reinstalling your ATI or nVidia drivers.
