If i wanted to have a graphic rotate left to right like this (http://peterwiggins.com/Movies/Rotating_Dollar.mov) how would i go about doing it. Is it relatively easy?

no, thats more of a 3D modeling rotation. At least to my knowledge. Its possible to do it, but it will look flat not 3d.

You might be able to do something like this (even 3D like), but I don't think you will be able to get the reflective surface. Take a look at this (http://www.motionsmarts.com/tutorials/supertext/super1.html) tutorial for some ideas. I don't have time to throw something together realy quick as I have to go to school, but give that a shot and tell me how it turns out.

If you want the gloss and stuff, this would be pretty easy to make in Blender (http://blender.org/cms/Home.2.0.html) I believe.
