Since I found out first hand that the Mighty Mouse sucks, what is Apple's return policy? If I do not like the Mighty Mouse can I return it?

What about just returning the mouse. I know the 90 service and support, but does that cover returning a peripheral if I don't like it?

I believe there is a restocking fee on open items. So I would call the store you bought it from and see what they say

An UPDATE!! The Apple Store returned the Mighty Mouse with no questions asked. I didn't even pay a restocking fee. Now if Apple could only make a mouse like the Microsoft Wireless Optical Mouse or Logitec G7, then things would have better. I had to drive 45 minutes and then take a 30 minute ferry ride to return the Mighty Mouse.
