could well be the camera adding noise whilst trying to process darker areas in low light.

yes, or use a flash.

Yeah, maybe.

Its difficult to tell but it looks to me like its probably that, like an artificial gain is being added to it to lighten it, and the result is colored noise. I should think its blue because your face etc is tinted slightly blue by the screen infront of you.
If it moves when its video (like is very grainy or something) then it has to be a light/gain thing.

my light is on lol its kind of dull though so that might be the problem idk
