Well, I'm new to Mac, just picked up a C2D MBP today at the local Apple store 😀 . I've been playing around and absolutely love the machine, but I've found one small problem. JPEG images taken with my Fuji S7000 only display the top ~1/4th of the picture in Preview. The area where the rest of the image should be is just the plain gray backgrond color. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.

Edit: FYI the image displays fine on my PC, and I'm using a Dazzle* USB 2.0 CF reader. Preview also displays other images (ex. pics from the iSight) just fine.

Hmmm, that seems odd. In Preferences>Images you have the option of opening them actual size or scale large images. You might try to play with that and see if it solves your problem.
