I just got the 8 gig black nano, and when I go to plug it in to my computer, it won't recognize it, nor on any computer. It charges from a wall charger, and it tells me I can't use firewire when I try to plug it into my computer that way, but it refuses to do anything when I try to use USB. The iPod doesn't do anything and neither does the computer.. it's not the usb port or the cord, as I used my other iPod on there, and it works fine with that. Any suggestions?
